Nancy J. Martini is the Principal of Martini Advisory, a management consulting firm that provides Executive Coaching, Revenue Growth and Succession Planning services to business owners and executives.    Founded in 2015, Nancy helps clients accelerate goal attainment with accurate results.

Nancy is the former President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of PI Worldwide, a global human analytics consulting firm specializing in leadership and sales development.   Founded in 1955, PI Worldwide helps companies leverage science in human capital management as the publisher of the behavioral assessment tool the Predictive Index® (PI), the Selling Skills Assessment Tool™ (SSAT) and the sales training suite Customer-Focused Selling™ (CFS).   Nancy led the growth and development of the PI Worldwide organization including 45 locations globally, 350 Consultants, serving over 8,000 clients in 62 languages, active in 143 countries, from 2007 to 2014.  During her tenure, Nancy expanded the company’s reach with new offices in China, Singapore, South Korea, and key locations in throughout North and South America.  Nancy led company from family-owned and operated, to professionally managed, to the sale to Phoenix Strategies.

Prior to joining PI Worldwide, Nancy was CEO and owner of Global Sales Alliance, a global sales training and consulting firm she founded in 1992, serving clients around the world.  PI Worldwide acquired GSA in 2006, along with the SSAT and CFS, both of which Nancy developed.

An expert on the subjects of sales strategy, performance management and sales skills mastery, Nancy is the author of Scientific Selling, Creating High Performance Sales Teams through Applied Science and Testing published by Wiley, and the best-selling business book Customer-Focused Selling published by Adams Media Corporation.

Nancy holds the Certified Professional Speaker (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association, an honor bestowed on the top 5% of speakers worldwide.  In the media, Nancy has been published and quoted in leading business magazines including Selling Power Magazine, Sales & Marketing Management Magazine, and Talent Management.  Boston-based, PI Worldwide was recognized in the Top 100 Women-led Businesses by the Boston Business Journal year after year under Nancy’s management.

Steve Martini

Steve Martini is an experienced Executive Coach who provides coaching, advisory and mentoring to senior executives, leaders, managers, and Owner Operators of SMB’s and division heads of larger organizations.   Steve is passionate about helping his clients succeed.

Prior to joining Martini Advisory, Steve served as COO of a media company for the past 10 years which grew from $5M to $25M and 150 employees under his leadership.  In addition, he was a member of a five-person team responsible for creating the strategic plan necessary to determine, develop, grow and execute the “new media” business model in response to the rapidly evolving business environment.

Prior to the media company, Steve spent 25 years as an Entrepreneur and Owner Operator of a regional security company where he managed the staff to grow the company from 100 to 5,000 accounts.   His initial background was in banking where he was the youngest Vice President in the history of the then $200M and 200 employee Bank.  Steve most enjoys the “game of business” through entrepreneurship, the boundless opportunity of growth and the financial rewards of leveraging the talent on the team to drive results.

Steve attributes much of his success to his ability and passion for helping others including staff, customers and vendors to achieve maximum results.   Throughout his career, Steve was looked upon as the go-to person for sound nonjudgmental advice, and workable solutions.

As one who always looks to have others shine, Steve served on numerous Boards and Committees relating to each of his career endeavors both directly relating to the business at hand and also in a “give back” to the community.
